Caffry Law is an estate planning law firm with a focus on providing comprehensive special needs planning and advocacy to Vermonters with disabilities and their families. We are committed to helping people with disabilities, their families and caregivers make informed choices by guiding them through some of life’s most important decisions and the complex maze of benefits and services for individuals with special needs.

We also provide traditional estate planning and administration services to Vermont families.

As the scope and impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we’ve made the decision to temporarily close our physical office.  We will post a notice as soon as we are working at the office again. We feel it was the best way to ensure the safety of our clients and our staff.

In the meantime, our staff is working remotely during our regular business hours. We are responding to e-mails and voicemails and are scheduling initial consultations and other meetings by phone or video conference.  Signing meetings are generally being postponed, but in emergency situations, Caffry Law will work to accommodate clients in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Vermont Department of Health guidelines.

If you have questions or concerns, please call or email us. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this difficult time.  We wish you well and look forward to connecting with you as soon as possible.
